Unfortunately there are too many companies that put recruiting first and I'm going to tell you this is a big no-no. You need to concentrate on selling your product first then concentrate on recruiting. Keep in mind more often than not new recruits are actually customers first. Who better to promote the product than someone who has purchased, used and obviously liked? With that said it shouldn't go un-said that recruiting is important because it does hold a very important role in your business, just not THE role. |
